This recipe is a little different for my baking series..but when I saw these, I had to try them. I don’t spend a lot of time on TikTok but I had a few people send this to me to try them..and wow they are addicting. AND, living in Northern MN, these are right up my alley so I am calling them snowballs.

I can’t take any credit for this recipe, but wow if you love cranberries these little snacks are amazing and would make a really fun thing to bring to a Christmas party, or cookie tray! Its very easy.

Ingredients

Scale

1 Bag of Fresh Cranberries (no subs, must be fresh)

2–3 cups of orange juice

1 cup of powdered sugar

Instructions

In the evening, take a entire package of fresh cranberries and soak them overnight in orange juice in the refrigerator. In the morning, drain them in a strainer.

Place on a cookie sheet and bake at 200 degrees for 5 minutes. Place in a bowl, then add 1 cup of powdered sugar. Mix well!

I stored them in a airtight container in the refrigerator.
