Ingredients
2 1/2 Cups of Flour
2 tsp baking soda
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp ground cloves
3/4 tsp ginger
3/4 cup salted butter
1 cup sugar
1 egg
1/4 cup molasses
1 package of milk chocolate chips
Instructions
Sift together first 6 ingredients, then mix butter, sugar, egg and molasses until fluffy. Blend in flour mixture. Stir in Chocolate Chips.
Refrigerate for one hour. Shape into small balls, then roll in sugar. Bake at 350 degrees for 9-12 minutes.
