Ingredients

- 2 lbs ground beef
- 1/2 cup onion
- 1 T. Butter
- 3/4 – 1 Cup ketchup
- 1/2 C water
- 1/8 C lemon juice
- 1 T Brown Sugar
- 2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp vinegar
- 1/4 tsp mustard
Instructions
Brown ground beef and onion together until no longer pink. Add remaining ingredients and simmer. Best if made a few hours before eating or the night before.
This can be frozen and reheated.
