Ingredients
12 oz bag of dark chocolate chips 3 tbsp of butter 3/4 cup of creamy peanut butter 2 heaping cups of mini marshmallows 1 heaping cup of roughly broken up pretzels, don’t crush them all 1/2 cup of holiday M & M’s (plus more for the top) 12 Rolo’s unwrapped, or you can use peanut butter cups too. Sprinkles for decoration on the top.
Instructions
In a microwave glass bowl, combine chips, butter and peanut butter. Microwave in 30 second increments until melted. I had to do this twice to get it fully melted. Set aside. Grease a 8×8 pan, then put parchment paper in the pan (a must for this recipe) Add, pretzels, marshmallows and M & M’s to the chocolate mixture, stir until coated. In the pan, spread half of the mixture. Add the rolo or peanut butter cups evenly spaced so when you cut the bars, there is one in each one. Spread the remaining batter over the cups and press down with a spatula. dd M & M’s to the top and sprinkles to dress it up for the holidays.
Refrigerate for 90 minutes to set up. Cut into Bars!
