Yummy Peanut Butter Cookies
Ingredients

- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 1/2 cup peanut butter – Link
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 1/4 cup flour
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 3/4 tsp baking soda
- 1/4 tsp salt
Instructions
Mix butter, peanut butter, sugars and egg thoroughly. Been all dry ingredients, stir into butter mixture. Heat over to 375 degrees.
Roll into 1 1/4 inch balls. Place about 3″ apart on a lightly greased baking sheet. Flatten criss-cross style with a fork or potato masher.
Bake 10-12 minutes.
You can double this recipe. This makes about 18 cookies.
