Nilla Rolo Bites- Christmas Cookie/Candy- Easy (3 Ingredients)

These are very easy, takes 3 ingredients and they taste amazing. They are just big enough to satisfy a chocolate caramel craving without feeling too guilty. They are topped with the really good chocolate melts from Ghirardelli.

Ingredients

Mini Nilla Cookies

Rolo Candies unwrapped

Ghirardelli Melts

Cook Mode Prevent your screen from going dark

Instructions

On parchment paper, lay the mini cookies with the flat side up. Place the Rolo in the center. Bake at 300 degrees for exactly 90 seconds, no more. Remove from the oven, place the top cookie on. Place in the refrigerator until set.

Remove and prepare chocolate melts, coat the entire cookie, the place back in the refrigerator until set. If you are in a hurry the freezer works too.
