Ingredients
2 eggs
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup butter
1/2 tsp vanilla
1/2 cup flour
2 squares of unsweetened chocolate or 1/2 cup of dark chocolate chunks
1/2 cup chopped pecans optional
Instructions
Melt chocolate and butter in the microwave at 20 second intervals until melted. In a bowl, beat eggs and sugar and vanilla. Mix melted chocolate and butter , then add flour, and pecans in desired.
Pour into a greased 8×8 square pan. This recipe can be doubled for a 9×13 inch pan.
