Ritz Crackers
Rolos
Melting Chocolate – I recommend Ghirardelli
Pecan Halves
Instructions
Place Ritz Crackers on a tray lined with parchment paper, place a unwrapped Rolo on the center of the cracker. Bake at 300 degrees for 90 seconds. The chocolate will be slightly melted, press another ritz cracker over the top and press down. Melt Ghirardelli melting wafers in the microwave, then place on top of the cracker, place a pecan half into the chocolate and press down.
