Easy Peanut Butter Balls

Jump to Recipe·Print Recipe

These traditional peanut butter balls are easy, delicious and creamy inside. I coated them in a combination of dark and milk chocolate, my husband said they taste like a Reeces Peanut Butter Cup..these are no bake and very easy to make. I like to put sprinkles on them to show a little Christmas Spirit.

I coated them in a combination of dark and milk chocolate, my husband said they taste like a Reeces Peanut Butter Cup..these are no bake and very easy to make. Ingredients

Recipe (watch for assembly instructions) 6 Tablespoons salted butter, softened to room temperature 1 cup creamy peanut butter (not natural style) 2 and 1/2 cups confectioners’ sugar 1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract

Instructions

Roll into balls, the warmth of your hands will bind them together. Cool in the refrigerator for one hour. Melt 1 cup of milk chocolate chips and 1 cup of dark chocolate chips or melts in the microwave 30 seconds at a time until melted, using two forks, dip into the chocolate, if you want to add sprinkles do this now. When all are coated place back in the refrigerator until the chocolate is set. Store or Freeze for Cookie Trays.
