I love anything with cranberries and even better meals that have few ingredients! This is one of my go to easy fall and winter dinners that literally has a 5 minute prep. You can even make it ahead and keep cool until you are ready to bake it.
I used boneless chicken thighs, quantity of 6- but 8 would fit into my 9×13 inch pan.

Easy Cranberry Chicken Thighs
Ingredients

Instructions
Mix all together and pour over chicken thighs, cover with foil and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes, remove foil and bake another 10 minutes. Serve over rice for a complete meal.
