
I eat a lot of Chili in the cold months of Minnesota. This recipe is my favorite, super easy and loaded with flavor. Chili has a lot of recipes out there, but this one is warm, cozy and inviting.
All you need is:
1 pound of cooked ground hamburger
1 Can of Chili Beans
1 Can of Tomato soup – I prefer Campbells and not store brand in this recipe.
1 Can of diced tomatoes that have spice with them in the can.
1 Package of store bought Chili mix- we prefer the hot version.
All you do is brown the hamburger, then add all of the rest of the ingredients plus one soup can of water. Simmer on the stove for about 30 minutes. Top with crackers, cheese, onions etc.
