Ingredients:
2 cups dark chocolate chips
1 cup of dried cherries (you can use other dried berries)
1 cup of almonds ( I used sliced so they are easier to bite into)
Instructions
Melt chocolate in the microwave 30 seconds at a time until melted. Stir until smooth. Add the almonds and cherries. Stir to coat the nuts and fruit. Drop my the spoonful’s onto parchment paper. Refrigerate until set, about 15 minutes. I store these in the fridge so the chocolate does not weep.
