This is incredibly easy- great for a weeknight meal or Sunday dinner. It takes just a few ingredients and you put it in and walk away! I would consider this a Keto meal, low carb and high protein.
Place everything in a crock pot except the cheese and cook for 4-5 hours on low, add cheese at the end, melt and its done! Watch above video on how to place in the crockpot.

1/2 cup of bacon pieces
