Cranberry Apple Pie with Crunch Topping

This is the pie recipe you may want to bring to Thanksgiving or Christmas..but you will want to make it other times of the year too as it is a very yummy pie! The crumb topping is amazing. I used store bought pie crust, but if you really want to you can make your own:)

Cranberry Apple Pie with Crunch Topping

Ingredients

Scale

Recipe:

1 Pie Crust

4 Medium Tart Apples Granny Smith

1 1/2 Cups fresh or frozen cranberries

1 cup of sugar

2 Tbsp Flour

1 Tbsp Corn Starch

1 tsp lemon juice

1/4 tsp nutmeg

Topping:

3/4 Cup Old Fashioned Oatmeal

1/2 cup chopped pecans

1/3 cup packed brown sugar

6 Tbsp of butter

1/3 cup of flour

1/2 tsp cinnamon

Instructions

Preheat oven to 375, Combine pie ingredients.

Spread pie crust into a pie pan, then add pie filling, press down.

Combine topping ingredients until clumps form and sprinkle over filling.

Bake 375 degrees for 40-45 minutes.
