This recipe for Cottage Cheese High Protein Bagels only has 3 Ingredients..and they are amazing. No Sugar, High Protein and actually healthy. I love a good bagel and these are so easy to make, if you don’t eat them all, you can make a bagel sandwich with the leftovers. This recipe makes 4 bagels. And don’t laugh at my dirty mind when I am rolling out the dough..I dare you.

Ingredients

1 cup of self rising flour

1 cup of cottage cheese

1 egg for the egg wash

Everything Bagel Seasoning

Instructions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a blender of food processor, whip the cottage cheese until smooth, transfer to a bowl and add flour. Knead 8-10 times, then divide into 4 balls. Using my method in the video, spray the balls for stickyness, then roll in your hands to make 6-8 inch logs, shape to bagel form. Whip the egg then brush onto the bagel, liberally sprinkle the seasoning to the top. Bake 25-28 minutes until golden brown, then wait 15 minutes to slice them.
