Cadbury Egg Cookies (Yum)
This viral recipe for Cadbury Egg Cookies are a HIT at Easter. Kind of like a monster cookie on steroids..I used the Royal Dark Mini Eggs and I tell you what, I am hooked on these cookies! I hope you LOVE them and share this recipe with everyone you know!
Ingredients
1 cup crushed Cadbury mini eggs
1 cup mini chocolate chips
1 cup salted butter
1 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup white sugar
1 egg
1 tsp vanilla
2 cups of flour
1/2 cup of rolled oats
1 tsp baking soda
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees, crush eggs and set aside. In a mixer, mix all ingredients but the chocolate chips and eggs until just combined, do not overmix. Then add the chips and the crushed eggs and mix just a few times to combine. Place on a cookie sheet and bake for 13-15 minutes.
