Whelp..I ate half the pan before I had to take them to work to have other people eat them. I kind of wanted to call these a upside down brownie rice krispie bar, but there is so much more to them. A middle layer of marshmallows throws these into a whole new level.
This makes a 9×9 pan!

Brownie Bottom Upside Down Rice Krispie Bars with a Marshmallow Center!
Whelp..I ate half the pan before I had to take them to work to have other people eat them. I kind of wanted to call these a upside down brownie rice krispie bar, but there is so much more to them. A middle layer of marshmallows throws these into a whole new level. This makes a 9×9 pan!
Ingredients
Recipe:
1/2 cup of butter
3/4 cup sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
3/4 cup flour
2 Tbsp of cocoa
1/4 tsp baking powder
2 cups mini-marshmallows
6 ounces of chocolate chips
1 cup of peanut butter
1 1/2 cups Rice Krispies
Instructions
Mix butter sugar eggs and vanilla. Add flour, cocoa and baking powder. Mix well and place in a 9×9 pan. Bake at 350 for 15-18 minutes. When done sprinkle with marshmallows and bake again for 3 minutes. Cool In a saucepan combine chocolate chips and peanut butter. Melt over low heat until smooth. Stir in cereal and spread over cooled bars. To cut them, I placed them in the fridge for about 20 minutes to set well.
