1 cup mashed bananas (about 2)
1/2 cup melted butter
1 cup sugar
1 egg
2 cups flour
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
3 Tbsp milk
1/2 cup milk chocolate chips or walnuts
Mix bananas, butter, sugar and egg, beat with electric mixer for 2 minutes. Add dry ingredients, milk and chocolate chips or nuts until well blended about one minute.
Pour into greased and floured loaf pan and bake at 350 degrees for one hour. Let sit at least 20 minutes after mixing and before baking to prevent crack on top of cake. I sometimes skip this part if you don’t mind a crack.
