A banana muffin, with some added wild picked blueberries and a cinnamon and brown sugar streusel topping!
This was a live video and I did mess up a few times, forgive me:)
I used wild blueberries but I recommend these if you don’t want to come to MN to pick berries with the bears!

Ingredients

Scale

Makes 10–12 muffins

Recipe:

1 1/2 cups all purpose flour

1 tsp baking soda

1 tsp baking powder

3 bananas mashed (the old ones are the best)

3/4 cup white sugar

1 egg

1/3 cup of butter melted

1/2 cup of wild blueberries (the small ones) if you can’t find them large ones are ok.

Topping:

1/3 cup packed brown sugar

2 Tbsp flour

1/4 tsp cinnamon

1 Tbsp butter

Instructions

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Use muffin liners in a muffin pan. Mix batter as shown in one bowl, then add the blueberries and stir one time. If. you over stir the blueberries will turn the whole muffin blue. Using a large cookie scoop, place into the muffin tins. In a small bowl, mix the topping until crumbly, then sprinkle over the muffins. Bake at 375 degrees for 19-22 minutes, check with a toothpick to make sure they come out clean.
