Ingredients
2 Cups Oatmeal
1 2/3 cups of flour
1 tsp baking soda
2 tsp ground ginger
1 1/2 tsp of ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp ground nutmeg
1/4 tsp ground cloves
3/4 cup butter
1 cup light or dark brown sugar
1/4 cup sugar
1 large egg
1/4 cup of molasses
Icing:
1 1/2 cups of confectioners sugar
1/4 tsp pure vanilla extract
1–2 Tbsp Milk
small pinch of ground cinnamon and ground ginger, plus extra cinnamon for garnish if desired.
Instructions
Bake at 350 degrees for 12-13 minutes, then let cool. Make frosting, then dip cooled cookies. Let harden!
