PrintPerfect Peach Pie
Description
This is the perfect peach pie for summer when the peaches are fresh! It is very easy I use refrigerated pie crust as I feel like these taste just as good as homemade!
Ingredients
2 refrigerated pie crusts
5 Large Peaches, (peeled and sliced ) about 5 cups
1 Cup of Sugar
5 Tbsp of Flour
1/2 tsp of cinnamon
1 1/2 Tbsp of cold butter
Instructions
Using a glass pie plate, line one crust of the refrigerated crust on the bottom.
In a bowl, mix the sugar, flour and cinnamon together, add the peaches and stir until coated.
Place in the pie then place the butter in slices over the top of the peach mixture, then cover with the other crust and pinch the top and bottom crusts together around the edges. Sprinkle with sugar.
Bake at 400 degrees for 40-50 minutes.
