Description
These banana blueberry muffins are moist, and have an explosion of flavor. Make sure to use the wild blueberries from Target. They are in the freezer section!
Ingredients
Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups of AP flour
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp baking powder
2 bananas mashed
3/4 cup white sugar
1 egg, beaten
1/3 cup butter melted.
1/2 cup wild blueberries
Topping: (separate bowl)
1/3 cup packed brown sugar
2 tsp of AP flour
pinch of ground cinnamon
1 Tablespoon butter
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Line muffin cups with paper wrappers.
In a large bowl, mix flour and baking soda and powder, in a seperate bowl mix bananas, egg, sugar, and melted butter. Combine and pour into flour bowl. Mix and then add blueberries. For the topping mix brown sugar, cinnamon and flour together, cut butter into the topping. Use a fork or your hands to mix, then sprinkle on top of muffin mixture. Bake for 18-22 minutes testing with a knife to see if done
