Nilla wafers, with melted candy, hugged in chocolate! These 3 ingredient cookie bites are amazing, I show you how to make these with 4 different types of candies, Rolo’s, Reece’s, Hershey’s Kisses and M & M’s. Pictured is the York Peppermint patties, which at the time of filming I could not find.

I used this video as kind of an experiment to show you the differences in each candy!

Ingredients

Mini Nilla Wafers

Unwrapped mini candies (Rolo, Reece’s, Kisses, Peppermint Patties or M & M’s)

Melting Chocolate ( I recommend Ghirardelli)

Instructions

Place the cookies round side down on parchment paper. Preheat oven to 300 degrees. Add a small candy to the top of the cookie. Place in the oven for exactly 90 seconds, the candy will be soft, but not melted. Immediately press another cookie over the candy and lightly press down. Cool for 20 minutes in the freezer or refrigerator. Melt chocolate in the microwave 30 seconds at a time until melted, coat the entire cookie sandwich and place back on parchment. When done, place all back in the freezer to refrigerator until set.
